The Board of Directors meets every other even month. The next meeting will occur in June 2012 in the Media Room located on the 3rd Floor. Please stayed tuned for an exact date and time.
The agenda for this meeting can be found under the Documents Tab, then Meeting Agendas and posted on the mailroom bulletin board at least four days prior to the meeting.
All homeowners are welcome to attend.

The pool/spa will be closed starting Sunday, May 20th at 8 PM and will reopen on Thursday, May 24th by 6 PM.
During this time, the pool and spa will be acid washed. In addition, the area will have general maintenance completed – preservation of the wood work, scrubbing of the tile deck surface, etc.
The BBQ’s will be available for use during this time.

On Tuesday, May 15th between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM a film shoot for Syfy Channel’s "Face Off" will occur on the sidewalk outside of 1100 Wilshire and the lobby entry doors.
Access in and out of the building will not be obstructed, but there will be short periods of holding traffic.
